Cold ones
Depending on the coldness of that being, they might not be so bad. Coldness is better than sadism. Coldness doesn't make them do bad things. It just makes them avoid good things :)
In general, cold ones usually create annoyance at worst, rather than misery like beings with sadism cause.
There are very few "cold ones" on Earth. Just being purely self-interested or lacking true-care or natural-respect doesn't make you cold.
